Call for abstract submission

We are happy to invite you to submit abstracts for poster presentation at the 9th IDF International Symposium on Sheep, Goat, Camel and other Non-Bovine Milk, organized at National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Anand, Gujarat, India during 9 – 11 February 2026. The Scientific Committee of the Symposium will decide whether the abstract is accepted for poster presentation or not. Please email your abstract in desired format to rsharma@nddb.coop.

    Abstract Submission Guidelines

    • The following guidelines should be adhered to while submitting the abstract for IDF non-Bovine 2026. Abstracts not adhering to the guidelines will not be accepted for review.
    • The abstract should be submitted as a Word as well as a PDF document.
    • The abstract should be written in English typed in Arial font size 12
    • The abstract must not exceed 300 words (excluding the title of the abstract, name, and affiliation of authors).
    • The word limit for the title of the abstract is 15.
    • The name and affiliation of all author(s) should be mentioned.
    • The name of the presenting author should be underlined, and the email(s) of the presenting author must be mentioned.
    • In case the corresponding author is different than the presenting author, it should be mentioned in a footnote.
    • The abstract should include 3 keywords for ease of search.
    • The abstract should be submitted in the specified format given.
    • The abstract will be published as submitted by the author after review by the committee.
    • Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for review.

    Terms and Conditions

    • The abstract submitted should adhere to the submission guidelines outlined above.
    • Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging the abstract. Decision on acceptance of the abstract will be communicated separately.
    • The decision of the Scientific Committee on acceptance or non-acceptance shall be final.
    • The abstract should not have been submitted in any previous IDF summits or similar events.
    • If there is any IPR-related claim by any third party related to the abstract, poster, PDF files, etc., submitted by the author(s), the author(s) is solely liable for such claim of any third party. Submission of abstracts implies the author's (s') agreement to indemnify the organizers against any such loss, damage, or claim from any third party in this regard.
    • Submission of abstracts implies the author's agreement to publish the abstract in all publications (offline/ online) of the symposium including on the website, mobile app, etc.
    • The text of the abstract, along with the names and affiliations, poster, and/or additional documents as requested, will be published on the event website.
    • Presenters agree to record for live streaming and publication of the recording of the presentation and a copy of the poster online during and/or after the conference.
    • The presenting author should be available to put up, present, and take off the poster at the IDF non-Bovine 2026 during 9 - 11 February 2026.
    • Acceptance of the abstract does not imply free registration or any payment from the organizers of the IDF non-Bovine 2026 for participating in the Summit. Presenting author(s) should arrange for their registration, travel, accommodation, etc.
    • The organizer shall not be liable and responsible for misuse or copying of the abstract, poster, PDF files, etc., by any third party.
