Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund are subject to the following policy:

  • Event registration fees and fees for any Add-ons are REFUNDABLE as follows:
    • 100% registration fees after deducting Rs. 2000 towards administrative charges plus transaction/bank charges if registration is cancelled till 20 January 2026, end of the day (IST).
    • 50% of the registration fees plus transaction/bank charges if registration is cancelled between 21 January 2026 and 31 January 2026, end of the day (IST).
  • No refund is admissible after 1 February 2026, end of the day (IST) under normal circumstances.
  • In the case of the Event being cancelled, a full refund will be issued after deducting applicable transaction/bank charges.
  • In case the information submitted by a registrant is found to be incorrect, the registration is liable to be cancelled at any time. In such cases, the fees paid shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 5000 towards administrative charges plus transaction/bank changes, and applicable deductions as per the cancellation policy.
  • In cases when a participant is unable to travel to participate in the Event due to travel restrictions by the government or any other Force Majeure, and requests for cancellation of the registration, the refund shall be considered on a case-by-case basis considering the evidence submitted and the legitimacy of the case. An appropriate administration charge may be applicable and all bank/transaction charges shall be borne by the initiator of the request.
  • Refund shall be done within one month after the Event.
  • The updates about refund will be provided at the registered email id of the registrant.
  • All legal disputes shall be subject to Anand, Gujarat, India jurisdiction only.
