Consent is for the following personal data: first name, last name, gender, telephone number, email address, postal address including postal code, city and country. Additionally, your consent shall be required by our payment gateway partners for processing your payment.

We may also capture pictures/videos/testimonials during the event, including symposium, exhibition, poster sessions, tours, etc., which shall solely be used for promotional purposes or other activities of the event.

 

Storage of data

All the data uploaded on this portal is stored securely within the NDDB on-premises server infrastructure, which is managed by our technical team. Your data remains protected in our enterprise-grade servers located within NDDB premises. We also use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure efficient and faster delivery of content and data to participants across different locations.

 

Conversation data

Conversation data either in the form of text, audio, or video is not recorded or stored on this portal. The data is deleted as and when a session is completed. The text chat can be copied upon completion of the session. There is no export option provided to prevent misuse of the data.

 

How long is the data stored?

Your consent is valid for a period of 2 (two) years unless otherwise specified.

 

Withdrawal of consent

To request the withdrawal of your consent regarding your personal data, you may write to us at info@idfnon-bovine2026.com. Withdrawal of consent takes effect after it is expressly conveyed to the participant.

 

Automated decision-making and profiling

Your personal data shall not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

 

Warning Regarding Phishing Attempts

All data required by us is obtained through our own portal or official links (such as payment gateways).
